This word comes from the root word "ghetto" (that is to say, the version of "ghetto" that describes a car with no hubcaps, etc) but should not be classified as a rascist term. Ghetter simply means intentionally stupid actions, usually done by white people, that makes them seem poor and/or moronic. In some cases "ghetter" actions are just plain stupid in general.

Get the Ghettolyze mug.Is an unofficial, one word slang -- expression that is used by some law enforcement departments and/or its officers. The expression identifies the existence and use of some type of video surveillance equipment, and may refer to one or many video surveillance cameras.
Typically the video surveillance equipment is mounted in a stationary position within any area that is well known for repeated criminal/felony activity. A ghettofly (surveillance camera) is seen many times in, but not limited to, a ghetto.
