A state reached when you're so tired, hungry, and unconcerned about your own (or your families) well being that you decide a bucket of fried chicken is your best option for dinner. Generally followed by deep remorse, self-loathing, and a serious contemplation of suicide.

After working a 12 hour grocery shift, and getting shit on by the dregs of humanity (aka his customer base), John had reached the "Fuck it, get a bucket" stage.

Fuck it, Buckets! 

Definition:
(1) A phrase to describe that feeling when you just couldn't care less.

(2) When you feel unfazed by the potential consequences.
(3) Essentially an exclamatory phrase to describe the fact that you just don't give a fuck and you're ready to accept the consequences of your questionable actions.

Origin:
That feeling when you see a basketball hoop and all you can think about is chucking a shot up to score. Your teammates might think it's a horrible shot, but all you can think about is buckets. The thought of buckets consumes you.

Example 1:
Person A: "hey bro, did you study for your exam worth 50% tomorrow?"
Person B: "Naw bruh, fuck it, buckets!"

Example 2:

Person A: " Yo bro, that girl you just raw dogged yesterday probably has aids bro."
Person B: "Yo my dick was so dry before.... FUCK IT, BUCKETS BABY!"

Example 3:

Person A: "bruhhh wtf, that pack of bacon that you just ate is 6 months past the expiry date"
Person B: "fuck it, bucketssss!"

Term used by hack mechanics for a drawer full of unused
nuts, bolts, and parts that never made it back on the car
because the tech is too lazy or stupid to remember where they went.

I had a handfull of bolts left over after replacing that
head gasket. I couldnt remember where they went so I threw them in the fuckit bucket.
