Calling out a belligerent drunk on his blatant lies after you have lied yourself.

Word used to describe a bar patron that can't put two lying sentences together.

To sling drunken yet obvious bull i.e. "oh no I am not drunk I always slur and spill my drinksh."

"Dude, you are such a Bullshinger!"
