1. A person who is extremely rich and doesn't realize it. They act like everyone else is poor if they don't have as much money as they do.

2. Used as a mocking term for a rich person.

James: Did you see that one girl? She was bragging about her new car, house, phone, computer, tv, and hot tub. Then she made fun of me for not having it.

Jake: Don't worry, she's a bizzurkis.
