Wii Shoulder

Having played Wii (bowling mainly) for far too many hours. Not following makers instructions of regular breaks. Leading to serious shoulder ache and stiffness for about 3 days afterwards!

Wii shoulder- Wii players who rarely do any other excercise will find this most common! (like me)
