Get the Titmug. An endearment. Means the same as calling someone your "sis" or "honey" or "buddy". Can be used as an insult depending on the tone of voice in which it is delivered, but is usually not meant to cause offence in any way. If called tit, it should mean you have a close bond to the person whom called you it.
