Australian slang for a retarded person - spastic, spazo, spazzo. Usually not used to refer to a genuinely disabled person, but a moron. Also further abbreviated to spack.

"Jeez Gazza's a spazo. He cracked onto a total babe at the pub last night and was too shitfaced to root her".
