The word use to describe a cute idiot. Someone you love so much but your way of flirting is by making fun of him. Obo describes someone who you can’t live without. Someone whose your best friend and you want them in your life forever and ever. Their apart of your everyday life and when you guys don’t talk your day feels incomplete. I Love you.
