Most likely a push over, this person will probably have some amount of wealth or be rich enough to afford other people bum or mooch off of them. Because this person doesn't mind being mooched off of, the people who go to them for help will likely create a recurring pattern of going to this person, in the end becoming permanent mooches thereby making the person being mooched off of a moochmaker.
