A bad case of the runs that recurs over an extended period of time. Derived from the Jamaican patois slang for arsewipe (bumclot) combined with the Latin term for disease or illness (itus).

This word could be used in a state of surprise or anger, but it is mainly used to insult.

bambaclat

A Jamaican term in origin, usually only said in the UK by Yardie gang types. Avoid at all costs.

Essentially a derogatory term indicating that someone is acting foolishly; i.e. a term of ridicule.

Also now used by people with no discernable relation to its true origin as an ironic and playful insult.

Bumbaclart

Jamaican swear word said when shocked or angered by something ie "bumbaclart, de gyal nearly get knocked over" or "yo, a weh mi bumbaclart money deh?" It means toilet paper bumba = bottom or posterior, clart = cloth. Often used by people with limited vocabulary.

bombaclat

back before the use of tampons, women used cloths to hold their excrement after their period. So Bomba is referring to their Bum, and Clat is Cloth. Bum Cloth, a rude sayin in countries where this term is used.
