A growing community located approximately 30 miles east of Houston. Mont Belvieu is known for numerous petro-chemical facilities within its jurisdiction which provides the large tax base for the city and the area school district, Barbers Hill ISD. Mont Belvieu has a current population of around 6,500.

Mont Belvieu has seen dramatic growth in the last 10 years.

A small town in Missouri, west of Hannibal about 60 miles. There is one cop who sits by the tracks, an over priced restaurant, & 2 gas stations.

I went to Bevier yesterday, to eat at The Pear Tree.
