ipod blackburst

A name given to the iPod Video when the software won't let you put videos on it because it's in a standard format instead and not in the nonstandard format the iPod understands. Comes from the television industry term which describes a video signal which carries only a full color black picture (i.e. a content-free video signal).

Mobin had to return his ipod blackburst because it wouldn't play VCD MPEG videos.

Blackout

A band that seems promising when they have a song about playing video games, but it all goes to hell when one hears the singer due to his godawful whiny and nasally voice.

The song "Just Wanna Play Video Games" became a small internet meme and inspired various covers by various garage bands, singing in a similarly-irritating voice.

Guy 1: Yo, you wanna go to that Blackout concert?
Guy 2: Hell no, they suck! I'd rather hear the Jonas Brothers!

Blackbutt

A shit ass town in the middle of no where. We old ppl retire to and the majority of population is inbred and on drugs. The drugs come mostly from the town caravan park located near the top shop. If you live here get the fuck out. If you've never been here but driven through. Good. Keep drving. If you've never lived or been here. Consider yourself lucky. Maddogs like to go around on ripsticks at 9pm and scab pizza from locals.

Kid 1: bet you when these ferals get back our pizza will be gone.
Kid 2: I think their riding ripsticks, what losers.
Kid 3: What do you expect they come from blackbutt.

Rolling Blackout

When you've had so much to drink in a very short timeframe that the normal line that you've learned is your stopping point becomes so blurred, you roll seamlessly into a blackout. This occurs generally when in a large group of friends that enjoy buying shot after beautiful shot, does just that.
