Emotionally repressed

Someone with no moods or feelings, someone desperate not to be seen as soft-hearted/soft because that is exactly who they are deep down, and people that have known them their entire life know it even if most people including them don't.

The bubbly girl was a machine, and therefore only had a positive state of mind, a stupor to wander around in. Teasing and ridiculing anyone and anything for no good reason, acting tough all the time, and blurting out a bunch of bullshit took the place of feeling anything negative about anything or anyone, including her emotionally repressed, grown, and badass self (since it was everyone else that was an unfair hypocritical child at play in her mind).

To have lack of, slow or intermitent internet connection.

This word sums up the emotional state of a person when they have to endure early 90's internet speeds, unreliability and scarcity.

E-pression is a state most common in; deep rural areas, teens in questionable internet cafes, and most adults working in tiny offices where the IT dept consists of a guy called Jeff and a trusty broom used to switch servers on and off.

Jeff: Sorry Tom the servers are down, it's gonna take an hour or so to re-boot.

Tom: Dude, I've got a presentation that needs to be emailed through now.

Jeff: Sorry dude, nothing I can do.

Tom: Can't believe I'm being epressed again, I hate this office!!!

Depressed

Sociopathic definition on one of or a combination of "bored out of my skull," "feeling nostolgic," &/or "that bland sensation you have when you're not laughing or preoccupied."

1) Nothing she found online at her usual entertainment sites was clicking with her. The fails weren't funny & the articles weren;t interesting. Depressed, she pondered whether she should replay a video game or reread a book.

2) She became depressed when she compared modern times to the early 90s, wondering how children growing up with talentless musicians, bland fashions, brain-dead plastic celebrities, & intelligence-frying reality shows would turn out as adults.

3) She was in a funk that day & needed a continuous stream of lulz to life her depression.
