Riding the merry-go-round

Riding the merry-go-round* is when a woman seeks to secure a handsome, perhaps wealthy, emotionally unavailable man ("Chad"*) in an attempt to improve social standing (hypergamy), gets dumped, and then she tries again, repeating the cycle. She never learns, all while ignoring guys she has friend-zoned.

After perpetually riding the merry-go-round, the woman eventually finds herself past the flower of her youth, single, and whining on TikTok videos about how "there aren't any good men".

*terms often used by men's advice YouTubers "33 Secrets" and "Entrepreneurs in Cars".

She would do well to stop Riding the Merry-Go-Round and settle down with someone she has friend-zoned.

round-house

A kick swung from the side. There are three stages to a good round-house.

1) Bringing up the leg.- The kicking leg is raised with foot still flat and facing the floor.

2) The pivot.- Non kicking leg is spun so that kicking leg is forced higher and sole of foot is perpendicular to the ground.

3) Kick- kicking leg is flicked out and back again.

Round Earther

People with very average intelligence whose hobby is mocking flat earthers in order to feel some sort of intellectual superiority. Round earthers base their judgement not on experimental observation, but simply on the fact that they were taught "the Earth is round" growing up, not knowing that most so called "flat earthers" mock them in secrecy for their inability to formulate abstract philosophical questions in order to challenge the current institution of established knowledge that is critical to our advancement as a free-thinking species.

Look at that Round Earther over there! He convinced himself that there are more dumb people in this world than there really are.
