well known phrase used in the movie Anchorman when Ron is celebrating a good news broadcast. commonly used as an expression of extreme joy when trying to refrain from vulgar language.

Ron: Neato gang! super duper!

guy1: dude, we just won the lottery.
guy2: Neato gang!

A word much cooler than negative. When something is wrong or when your answer is simply no. Or if you are one of those badass airplane piolets and you are about to crash.

"Hey Bri you are lookin' sexy. Do you want to go to Prom with me?"
