Used to mean you knew something was going to happen without prior explicit knowledge.

Usually used with emphasis on "how" and sounds like a statement, rather than a question.

your friend is calling you on the phone: "how did i know" - implies you knew they were going to call you, whether you really did or not.

Stuff You Should Know is a podcast that is on iTunes, presented by HowStuffWorks.com.

Howstuffworks.com is a journalism website on which there is an article on many a thing.

SYSK, as it is known, is hosted by Chuck "Chuckers" Bryant, and Josh Clark.

Stuff You Should Know is, in my opinion, good. Although this, many people accuse it of being poorly researched and just plain wrong. So be it, it's your right to dislike it.

So, I suppose if you're interested, take a look.
