Truck on Concrete

This is a sex position where the male is seen swinging from the ceiling and the other person is laying flat. The male then gets enough speed to go through the roof and come down on the other person at drastic speeds. The person is then paralyzed and the male has had his orgasm on impact. This move resembles a truck being launched and landing on the concrete, hence the name. Also known as the J-Mac Special.
