people who post random definitions of fat who define the word, then after defining the word, gives a long drawn out speech about how its whats on the inside that counts. Also might speak of how dieting and excersise wont help them when in truth they never stick with it.

i understand there are diseases that a very select few have that keeps them big, but its a very small percent.

Fat Vac

The Fat Vac is the slang term for the machine used to perform liposuction. Fat Vac is the abbreviation of Fat Vacuum. It has the same meaning as Vacuumed

This term was popularized by the TV show Scrubs when Jordan shouts out "Fire up the fat vac!" referring to Liposuction.

Jordan: Fire up the fat vac! Mama Needs some Lipo.

When friends trade who is the fat one. This is due to the one that was fat getting healthy at the same time that the one that was healthy got fat, this exchange is called a fat swap.
