Gum Swap

When you are with your significant other having a serious sex session, showered, teeth brushed, you each have a fresh piece of gum, lots of kissing and breathing into eachother's mouth, gotta be fresh. The two pieces of gum quickly turn into one piece of gum because of oral sex, and various other sex acts. Tends to be rather cool; however, coolness varies depending on the distance from tree to tree, as well as the difficulty of the tree swap.

Usually occurs between two ex couples whom the guys are bros are the girls are tight. When things turn south in both relationships, the bros and girls don't mind hooking up with the other guy/girl. Shady Swap

When something you own breaks or malfunctions so you buy a new one from a local retailer and return the broken item in the newer item packaging, you have performed a shady swap.

My Kindle malfunctioned after the waranty expired, so I just took it to walmart for a Shady Swap. They should come with lifetime warranties anyway!
