An alternative, more hillbilly way to describe a salsa made with fresh ingredients (pico de gallo or salsa fresca); unlike other salsas made with tomato sauce/paste to thicken the consistency of it.
"Nothing quite beats a slow-cooked hobo-scramble with lots of black pepper flakes and loose salsa."
"Can I geet some of der' loose salsa for mi tacohs?"

Salsa-Kompa is the Haitian style of the Salsa music, characterised by typical instruments:
Piano, bongos, congas, timbales, trumpet, trombone, claves, cowbell, maracas, güiro,
Jam block, double bass,
flute, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, saxophone, vibraphone, violin, tres, cuatro.
The only difference between the two genres is that the regular Salsa is sung in Spanish while Salsa-Kompa is sung by Haitian Kompa Singers in Haitian Creole.
