Someone who likes drink themself under the table. Preedy's particularly like to do so on their company's tab and proceed to chase scouse scally females around town. Clue's that a Preedy like character is around might be hearing "ABORT" "AWOOGA" or "Are they slags guys, do you think they're slags?"
