A caps lock queen is a girl (or boy) who thinks using caps lock makes then queen of the universe. They often spell things incorrectly, and talk out their ass.

Me: Hey guys, what's up?
Caps Lock Queen: NM, HOW R U?
Me: Lay off the the capitals, caps lock queen!
Caps Lock Queen: NO WAI I NEED 2 B HERD.
