Housequakes are only officially housequakes in the past tense, as they MUST be concluded with a disturbing the peace noise complaint.

I ended up at that housequake over by the Mont last night. I found some cougar in training who wanted to come home. Long story short I have to go to the health clinic and I lost my ring flyer...That's like the third one. I'm pissed.

That random dude you share a house with in college who never does shit for cleaning, or any home improvement whatsoever, and then cops an indignant attitude when you try to make him do one little thing because you didn't ask nicely.

When the lights go off in your room and you're on the same breaker as the House Ass who's room is on two breakers and you bark at the House Ass that it's their turn to go flip the breakers, that you've done it every time its happened, that it doesn't matter who fucking overloaded the circuits, that the wiring is just bad and they still refuse and then complain to another housemate that it's because you didn't ask them nicely.
