kind of confusing personification. here's my guess:
"summer"=best time of the year; most comfortable weather
therefore "summer" is the euphoric high, slowing "creeping" into his system
"town"=could be a lot of things:
1) the boring indiana town, whose boredom he escapes through smoking, however, more likely:
2) the "down" state; not being high (could be an anagram?)

that should get you guys started. this is taking forever and i have class. figure the rest out on your own.

When you delete all the digits of a phone number that you don't want to drunk dial/text/communicate with except the last 4 digits-Thereby if they text or call you, you are able to identify them without the awkwardness of asking them "who is this."

John - "Hey man, why dont you text Tina for a late night booty call, she was really hot."
Evan - "Dude, she has a boyfriend who plays for the Vikings offensive line, I had to last four her to not get me in trouble. She can text me if she wants."

The Last Great Console

SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System for the noobs), the high king over all gaming systems, made legendary by such games as Super Metroid, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, the mario titles it carried over including the one with yoshi and the all star pack, FFX, the Donkey Kong games, and the badass Megaman series, especially Megaman X 3. Only the Sega Genesis could ever rival it, and that only due to the Sonic Series. As Nintendo proceeds to develop their halfass game cube platform, the SNES remains the greatest of all consoles ever made.

The Last Great Console owns the hell out of the atari, the nintendo, the N64, the Game Cube, the Playstation, the PS2, the Sega Genesis, the Dreamcast, and especially the Xbox.

Last.fm

A social community that revolves around music. A way for the world to see what music makes you dance around like a loony. The profile tells everyone what bands the user listens to, how many times they've played songs, and you can add images by BBCode that relate to music.
One of these images is Scaicha which records the genres of everyting you listen to and calculates a score.
There are many things one can do with Last.fm. It looks at what you listen to and recommends similar bands.

Person A: Who the hell are Eighteen Visions?
Person B: My top artist on Last.fm :)
Person A: I haven't heard of them!
Person B: Well Last.fm recommended them and I think they're awesome
