A Jap Burner can be a car, motor cycle, tank, or even a leaf blower. The most proto-typical Jap Burner would be a Honda Civic with under chassis purple led-lights and spoiler. Jap Burners are also considered rice burners by definition.

I was at a stop light in my Silverado, and a Jap-Burner pulled up along side and wanted to race.
