A hat which is seen on an individual who is labeled a "junkie" by modern day society. A Junkie Fitted is generally a hat regular people call a "winter hat". You see these same hats on junkies or bums ALL year round no matter what season it is. Normal people wear them just during winter, but not junkies, it is normal apparel.
