Originated from a YouTube video named “FAST CANDIES 3AM CHALLENGE” or smth
The YouTuber Marcello_timenice_30 or the voice of Bambi Bambi Bambi made a joke to add to the funny of the video where instead of pronouncing “candies” he said fast food and stuttered replacing it with “fast candies”

It was later used by cynda & granarte for the Friday night funkin song “sugar rush” where the oppoent (bandu) says YO WHATS UP GUYS TODAY WE'RE DOING FAST FOOD- I MEAN, FAST CANDIES, DEZZ CANDIES, DEEZ FUCKIN CANDIES

When rapidly pulling out then disposing of an annoying boogeror hairy kernel which is almost coming out or half peeking out. Any booger that can't be laboriously picked for.

1) you are in a hurry coz ur fav T.V. show has started
2) loo smells bad
3) someone else has to use the bathroom

normally people take a fast piss because of the 2nd reason.
