A type of Greek sausage where it is deep fat fried rapped in sliced pickles and coconut. Though it is a Greek dish it is usually sold in little stalls on the beached of mexico and druggies usually combine it with a hot dog bun that has been soaked in the remaining oil used from deep fat frying it. This method of eating farinoosh is extremely health threatening because eating to in a day is said to stop the heart.

It also means a whole family tree that was created out of incest.
