BoHO Chic: It's street fashion of The Village in NYC but coupled with Vintage and a little Hippie and Gypsy thrown in for that added touch. You know when you see it. It's got a 70's flair to it-very Retro.

Bo Ho Chic's best examples are: Sienna Miller and Johnny Depp's Vanessa.

i-pod Chic

The state of one subscribing to the Apple Lifestyle, owning an i-book, i-pod etc. Clothing frequently includes trouser pants,vintage clothes, artfully messy hair, the stuff of the trendy. May somtimes equal, but is not limited to those who are scene.

Adam Brody is very i-pod chic.

thrift store chic

When you go into a Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom or Marc Jacobs and there are $50 tank tops stretched and faded, and generally looking like they came out of a pile of salvation army clothes. you are think WTF? but other people are eagerly trying them on and buying them, even though if you were to suggest they go to an actual thrift store and get the same clothes for $1.99, they would be shocked/horrified/appalled.

That $200 faded black hoodie with the intentional silver paint splotches is so thrift store chic.

There is this style of clothing that I really like. It's like a sport-chic kind of look but it has a lil bit of class. Need to be thin tho.

Something worn around the house that would not be considered 'street chic' but would be considered cute, comfy, or homey.

Kate: It's a new coat I bought, street chic don't you think?

John: God no, it's far from street chic but is as couch potato chic as it gets, remove the two top buttons and it's a bathrobe!
