backdoor eviction

Tactic used by landlord to get rid of a tenant when legal eviction isn't an option. Jacking the rent way up beyond the ability of the tenant to pay is probably the most common technique.

"After a dozen times trying to get the landlord to fix the toilet, he just came back on us with a backdoor eviction by doubling the rent - he knows damned well I can't pay it!"

skatebaord terminology - to turn, more specifically, in the direction where after 90 degrees of spinning you are facing backwards, hence, backside.

also refers to the direction you are facing when approaching an obstacle. for example, if you roll up to a curb and it's behind you, any grind that you do on the curb without 180ing into it will be backside (including noseslides and boardslides...)

bs 180 ollies are fun, espesially if you do a sort of 45 to late 135.. its cool.
