the word sellas is used to describe somebody who is completely awesome, in every way. It's also used to describe sombody of greek herratige and who ingages in behaviour commonly related to black people i.e listning to notorious BIG.

girl 1: "see that hot guy over there?"

selling bricks

this kinda means selling drugs to dudes. it really just means dealing drugs on the streets, like some upcoming rappers, before they entered the rap game they were selling drugs on the cold streets, this slang is mostly used before the get go, before they start making cash from their rap gigs.

I been selling bricks since elementary, I been making quick money before the rap shit become an option.
my daddy died but before that he was selling bricks on streets of the A, i really admired his perseverance it inspired me to rap actually
my friend got arrested for selling bricks
