"To lose one's shit" has a very similar meaning as "to lose one's mind" Except your mind is brown, ugly, smelly, often watery, and is being dropped in, and clogging toilets at an alarming rate, as we speak.

case.

How lose? 

When you are farming somebody in a video game it is proper manners to demand to know after every death how they "lost that." The most effective way of doing this is constantly asking them "HOW" in the chat until they succumb to a rage fueled meltdown.
