When you are forced into eating a whole meal on the go or in pieces through an day or evening. So it looks like you’re always eating thus feasting but actually it is only a micro feast.

Jad: "Flick it feels like all you do is eat at the office."

Flick: "Hi Jad, yep I'm fine thanks for asking. Actually I'm just microfeasting on this wonderful meal because I love nice food but you have us working flat out."
