light-weight

A weak weight-lifter who thinks he has the greatest body ever, and loves to touch his "big"(actually small) muscles. He usually obtains his size through good genes and not through hard work, like a man would do. If you invite him to work out with you, u may hear some of the following quotes: No dude, i can't lift because im running track- I havent lifted in FORREVER bro...i cant lift my normal weight. They are usually cocky, and never realize that people that are bigger then him..are indeed bigger and stronger than him. If you tell him he is small, he wont believe you. Also thinks he is a superior athlete in sports such as football or track.
"Hey bro, IM A BEAST!!!! look at my huge CHEST and BICEPS!" "Dude, you are 20 pounds lighter than me, and struggle benching 30 pounds below your body weight." "Dude, thats only because im running track and im focusing on speed! Hey i gotta go look at my muscles in the mirror so I will see u later!" "Ya, see ya.....fuckin light-weight"

chump weight

A term used in weightlifting. An amount of weight that can be lifted by your average Joe. The term also relates to the attitude of the lifter, who believes himself to be strong when, in actual fact, he's not. This makes him a chump, not the weight on the bar. Typical weight of chump weight in e.g. the bench press: 220 lbs or 100kg.
Joe: I can bench 220! Schmoe: Don't you know that's chump weight?
