A derisive reference to a phony claim of having an STD that a girl voices in order to either avoid having sex or vengefully cause some innocent clean-living dude to be shunned by the other ordinarily-willing chicks in town.

Tiffany claims that she contracted an STD from Brandon, but I know that he is super-healthy and always keeps himself very clean "down there", so I strongly suspect that she's only got a venefake disease.
