spootting

spootting is the combination of spinning and boot camp. Classes are given with alternating spin and boot camp actions.

The spootting class will alternate with 5 minutes of alternating spin positions and then 20 pushups, 20 situps and 2 jumping jacks and the cycle repeats throughout the class.

Gooch scoot boogie (GSB)

Similar to the infamous Arabian goggles. Place testicles over victim's passed out closed eyes, dick on forehead while in the crab-walk position. Scoot the gooch across victim's nose while laughing hysterically, let out a forced wet fart as your asshole passes over victims nose, then boogie on out crab-walking.

You should have seen the look on Jeff's face when he realized that Cody had just done the Gooch scoot boogie (GSB) on him seconds before he came to due to vibrating nostrils, priceless.
