A racially controversial name for a Pakistani, Bangladeshi or similar ethnic group member. Especially one engaged in criminality or general shifty/sinister actions. The term has also been used to describe persons of Arabic descent. A "shitgoblin" may be involved in underaged grooming, theft, fraud (especially crash for claims) and selling substandard/counterfeit goods especially in market stalls and corner shops.

"Damn my car insurance has gone up again". It must be all those shitgoblins making bullshit claims.
