Parasitic Capacitance

Used as an excuse when practical results from electrical paraphernalia do not match theoretical expectations. Is also used as excuse for general problems.
The math states it should be 5.2 volts. But I am receiving a 512 V reading on multimeter. Must be parasitic capacitance.

parasitoid industry
