Treatment often includes dangling a fly in front subjects of open mouth to entice the spider to crawl out of the lung thus relieving the irritation in the lung.

After a long night of sleeping with his mouth open, he came down with a bad case of Arachnopneumonia and could not find a fly to releave his symptons.
