Simply put, poop particles are the molecules that your poop is made of. There is a belief (that is not mainstream) that after pooping into your toilet, it's important that you flush it quickly because poop particles are constantly being emitted from your poop the moment it leaves your body. The belief is that if these particles can drift through the air and land on things like your toothbrushes, hair brushes, etc, which taints them.

You better flush that shit as soon as it drops in order to keep the poop particles from contaminating your property!

So first, we need to know the signs of when you want to poop. The first sign is when you feel a hard thing in belly. The other is when your butthole feels like it would do something.
Now, we know the signs, time on how to poop. So first you want to take off your pants. Second, you want to sit on a toilet. Third, you want to push your intestine. Fourth, to know when you done pooping, you wouldn't feel anything in your belly. So fifth is to clean your butt with toilet paper. Sixth is to put on pants.
