A period of time used predominantly in males where time is wasted by way of self felatio.
Men are often late to social functions because they choose to rub one out instead of getting ready.
This act replaces essential time which could be used for putting on the game face, some say prostrastibating is putting on your game face.

a portmanteau of the words Procrastinate and Masturbate. Implying that a person procrastinates by masturbating. Its a comon occurance in every mans life, where he says to himself, i need to do something, but i would rather pleasure myself.

Instead of doing his studying for his test, steve decided to procrastibate and ended up spending all day, lying on the couch, watching dirty movies.
