This makes it hard for even a professional in debate to create a solid argument, this led feminist to coin terms meant to devalue the other person by making them look bad and play the victim card gaining sympathy. These terms are similar in use to words with powerful history being used to silence someone opposed to social justice (Example: Bigot, Racist, Homophobic, Sexist etc.)

Both men and women interrupt each other on occasion for various reasons. The prevalence of instant gratification in society may exacerbate the problem of self control during social interactions and prevent many people from practicing good listening skills. There is no sexual or gender bias for the need of everyone to act in accordance with being good members of society.
Despite its gender slandering and sexism, it's kind of a clever use of portmanteau.
