So far all of you guys are wrong that said things about Elmira. There are some bad places in Elmira, but just as many good places. Yes there are projects, crackhouses, and gangs, but it isn't that bad of a place to live. The one that said "bad shit rarely goes down" is very wrong because Elmira does have a high crime rate for a city of its size.

The people that posted the other things obviously have never lived in Elmira and haven't seen it all.
