Cunterella

a person with an aristocratic air or background who behaves spoiled, entitled while being rude to people and seemingly forgetting that other people are human and have feelings while simultaneously exhibiting rude, mean spiteful behavior and manipulative all at once. It's like a "karen" but may or may not verbally scream. Imagine a spoiled princess bitch who treats people like peasants.

"a woman, who was a spoiled rich kid, had a medical test scheduled for her broken arm but when she got to the hospital, she couldn't remember why she was there and walked in the gynecologists office for an imagined appointment. she screamed at the registrar because she herself could not remember why she was there and told the registrar she was incompetent, even though it was her own misunderstanding. When the registrar looked up her appts, she told her she was in the wrong place and told her where to go. The woman did not apologize or say thank you, she stomped her foot and told she was no help. She acted like a total Cunterella."
