Emitus

Emitus is a known disease, in which the infected has continuous excessive use of the letter "M." This is not an averagely deathly disease, however, in severe cases the infected just might annoy someone who they are talking to to a point of violence. Emitus is extremely infectious.

Doctor: "I'm sorry miss, your son has just been diagnosed with Emitus."

"Whoa man, you said so many words with the letter M in that sentence, you must have Emitus or something...get away from me."
