red light hoe (RLH)

A female (or male) that is incredibly easy to hook up with or is a hooker. The word red light comes from red light district which means a place where there is a ton of prostitutes.

C.A.R.L. stands for Cool Assosiation Run by Losers. It can only contain the most awesomest people in it...and ofcourse has an "imaginary" friend named Carl as their leader. Carl is great along with the people in the Carl assosiation. :D
