The word "Relatable" doesn't exist in Italian - it gets translated into other phrases that just don't have the same meaning and vibes as "relatable" does - so here it is, badly translated, "relatabile".

La parola inglese "Relatable" (aggettivo che vuol dire "facilmente riconoscibile"/"in grado di suscitare empatia"/"in cui ti puoi rivedere") non esiste in italiano e tradotta normalmente non ha le stesse vibes, perciò ecco la sua traduzione fatta male ma che suona giusta.

A commonplace synonym to, "The Reality Complex" can be as anything basic as a cognitive infection. People may gain symptoms such as mental deficiency, confusion between homophone spellings, as well as meaningless pictures of food and wine on Instagram.
