A spin off of the words fudge, and fuck. It can be used as an exclamation, different from both words in which it originates from. The point of having the first consonant sound spelled with "ph" rather than "f" shows the difference with the word and the word, "fudge."

Apparently it's a line used in the film Juno as an interjection, because Phuket kinda sounds like 'Fuck it'. However, Phuket, which is an island in Thailand, is actually pronouced Pu-kêt, so all in all, it's a stupid expression.
