A replacement for "That's what she said", and can be used as:
1. A reply when someone has said a statement that has an unintended sexual undertone (which is usually not recognized by the speaker).
2. A comment that can also be said by the original speaker of a phrase which has an unintended sexual meaning. It is usually added after the phrase in question, when the speaker realizes what he/she just said and what alternate connotations could be seen in it.
