Normally the last name of a male or female. if its the last name of a female it means she is a very georgous woman normally with a big ass or breasts, backround culture being hispanic. she puts up with no shit from anyone but has a great heart. If its referring to a male he is very handsome and knows how to catch the ladies. He has a very large penis, belly thats looks as if it holds a 24 case of corona in it. Tend to come off with the hispanic attitude that women seem to find attractive.
